My carpenter finally pitched with an extension for my overcrowded bookshelf. My daughter is joining me to arrange the whole shelf afresh. Maybe I can have fiction and nonfiction properly separated and even faith books in a specific row. Very exciting night ahead.

Work in Progress. Dust enveloping my shelf and its contents is my biggest struggle in maintaining this sacred space. Lots of cleaning needed. Today is a holiday, so we move!

A random soundtrack to bump to while getting this job done.

Almost done. This is a full day's chore. Even my daughter has gotten weary and taken a break. I am thinking of even compiling my 2020 TBR list in the process. That thing about two birds and one stone.

As if we are not tired enough, this young lady is talking about arranging books based on colours🙄 Fiction/nonfiction (subdivided into behavioural economics and history)/football/faith is the best I can do.

Just a final update - I failed😥 The shelves are full and I still have almost a hundred books on the floor.

This little project has reached its end (I even took a day off work to complete it🙈). Managed to find a home for the remaining close to hundred books that were on the floor at the end of the other day. We managed to stick to subgenres for the books and rows. THE END!
