No. When the Government indicts you, you're still out the $$$ you paid to hire a defense lawyer (unless you've got a public defender) No clue re how it went to trial. Foolish IMO

I think it would've been prosecuted just as hard under Obama too. Neither R nor D governments like dissent

I didn’t really mean that Trump was exceptional in this regard, but that the call to prosecute was made because it gave the president a sad and not because it was a legally sound position for the government to take.
