Interesting. BARDA acting chief Gary Disbrow says "there is a reason [FDA] is not part of Operation Warp Speed" because they are an independent review body. CDER Director Janet Woodcock *is* a part of Warp Speed, though she's ceded FDA review duties to her deputy.
