I was researching the topic a bit, and had some concerns that using libssh2 with future based async would result in data races. But I'm really happy to see this project rising. I guess that if we will have problems we can try to push fixes downstream to libssh2

I tend to be very cynical about those kinds of things. But I chose to donate to #TeamTrees, nonetheless. No, I don't think 20 million trees will save the world. But the way we brand climate change and promote it into our daily agenda will. twitter.com/YouTube/status…

Me: this code is getting kinda slow, let me parallelize it.
Boss: Don't waste your time, it doesn't matter if this code takes 10 minutes to run or w/e
Me: ooh.. I'm already done, all I had to do was add `_par` to one line and add a dependency on rayon.
Boss: ...

We're happy to announce the release of `async-std` beta to the public. `async-std` is a library that looks and feels like the @rustlang standard library, built from ground up for `async/await`.

Calling variable "m" is bad. Following conventions is great. For example, naming generic type as "T". Looking at my code: ' F: FnOnce() -> bool'. Conventions tell me it should be "F", common sense tells me it should be PRED. Hard is the life of #rust #developer. I should call it:

I Realized a great detail about @rustlang module system. It allows cutting corners with private API. But once you have decided the type belong to another module, ownership & lifetimes will make sure the lazy thing to do is create a clean API
