️⃣ accept that this is very unusual, very hard, and very new. Putting pressure on yourself to feel “normal” during a pandemic isn’t fair to you. Acceptance is key, and it’s okay to cry & complain sometimes!

️⃣ Make plans. It can start to feel like time doesn’t exist, so create things to look forward to. Schedule ‘drinks’ over FaceTime with a friend, go for a socially distant walk, or make a deadline for creative projects. Make your own schedule and the week feels less daunting 💕

️⃣ Don’t forget about your body Your body needs to move & stretch! Try at-home yoga videos or meditations, here is one of my absolute favorites. This really warmed my muscles & made me feel at ease:

️⃣ Consider therapy or counseling Therapy and meds have made my pandemic experience much more tolerable. I use , but if you’re on a tighter budget, Open Path matches you with therapists in your area on a ~$30-60 sliding scale.

️⃣ Above all, know that this will not be a perfect process. Nothing is, especially not with drastic change. So do your best, be patient with yourself, and know we’re all in this together. I hope these were helpful to someone & that you’re all wearing masks 💕 xoxo

Lukashenka’s regime is collapsing. The history is being made right now. The longest dictatorship in Europe’s modern history is coming to its end. Proud to witness that.
