I find it strange for NYT to only show SDE count on frontpage, with no hints of raw votes. Why not be direct about what results are showing?
What's a fair phrasing? "Sanders leads among voters' preferences, & Buttigieg is up in winning delegates that'll decide the nomination."

In Des Moines when asked to choose their candidate, this heavily Latino caucus made a mass move to @BernieSanders with 1st round results:
3 Biden
2 Pete
2 Amy
4 Warren
174 Bernie
California, pay attention!
CA has 495 delegates, IA has 41.

In the popular vote, Sanders is an 87 percent favorite to win the most votes on first alignment.
The two seem poised for an even split in the pledged delegates to the DNC

Buttigieg with a 74 percent chance to win the most SDEs, according to our estimates
The returns so far are fundamentally representative, but Sanders has some credible pockets of remaining strength and there's uncertainty around the satellites

“Flight” means slate of ads. This likely means she’s shifting it to NH. She’s in a distant third place, and her third place finish in Iowa won’t help her much. If she loses NH, it’s time to drop out. twitter.com/ad_analytics/s…

Wow, looks like Joe Biden's argument for being the most electable, based on his long history of running for president and losing, has really taken a hit. Huh.
