Language and definition alignment - yes, but is the action a result that stems from the SDGs? Or a logical continuation of previous action. Perhaps benchmarks such as bring in a sense of progress?

Yes I agree - though for the private sector, it just puts a framework around the topics they often were already working on. Unlike for States, their is no 'progress' standard/ measurement. Perhaps its value is in putting certain topics on the agenda that were previously ignored?

: What's🆕? Trying to figure out how the differs from pre-2016 The word 'agenda' comes from Latin 'agere' and implies 'things to be done' - so perhaps it is about putting a new actionable framework around old issues? Any other ideas?
