Accreditatiton Alert! Regulators' regulator want to hear your experiences with inexplicably accredited spoof "regulator" CNHC. (We offered to accredit the PSA for our flat fee of £65, but we didn't hear back from them for some reason. )

April Fool Alert! This image is quite convincing, so much so that it nearly caught us. But the giveaway is first implying tough enforcement of protection for the public against ineffective quack medicines, and then using an image of an obvious spoof regulator! Hilarious!

Virus Alert! Although we regulate anything for £65, we draw the line at endangering people. So, unlike spoof "regulator" , we're explicitly telling our registrants not to claim that anything they do is effective against Covid-19. (Except possibly the soap in their sinks.)

Regulator Alert! As a proper regulator (who will still regulate you, no questions asked, for £65), we wouldn't stoop to publishing puff pieces to promote the very people we're supposed to be regulating. Spoof regulators, on the other hand...

Supermarket Alert! If you have a magazine that's anti-vaxx, anti-pharma, and anti-science, most places won't sell it. But don't worry - has your back! They don't care what's in the magazines they sell as long as they profit - perhaps they should register with us!

Tech Alert! Critics of sCAM medicine often say it's not backed by science. Well, "skeptics", take a look at which has circuit diagrams and ADC chips and stuff, to convert homeopathy into .WAV files. Science!

Compliance Alert! A very quick check of 3 local CNHC registrants showed 2 in breach of basic ASA guidelines, which is a breach of the CNHC code of conduct. No such problem with OfQuack as we don't have one.

Update Alert! Spoof regulator CNHC updated their Code of Practice for registrants and hilariously forgot to remove "[Care] must be based on the best available research evidence" again.

We applaud for learning from OfQuack's therapeutic-touch regulatory model and applying it to the FDA and EPA. Regulation is much, much easier our way.
