yes. 130,000 people received summons.

And that costs NYC much$ but no fines rcvd. Tix generate fines. Decades in system & I still don't get it.

NYC employers are obligated to offer pre-tax metrocards. Most don't though. So nothing is really available for the unemployed, poor. 2/2
