It’s the little details that remind me of people best. And it’s odd. Today it’s ten years since my aunt died. A truly heartbreaking loss. But I’m feeling a little better about it because searching my old tweets reminded me of this incident.

Finding 19: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s approach to the oversight of automated vehicles is misguided, because it essentially relies on waiting for problems to occur rather than addressing safety issues proactively.

Wow. The head of the federal NTSB blasted Tesla's 'Autopilot' today: “It's time to stop enabling drivers in any partially automated vehicle to pretend that they have driverless cars. Because they don't have driverless cars.”

The way the DLR faces south at Lewisham then does nothing and has no proposal to go further does baffle me!

One of those extremely brief idle moments where I look out of the window, sigh, and wonder whatever happened to the DfT's market-led proposals for rail.

Yesterday climate 'sceptics' and free speech fans told me to critique their calculations or 'shut up'. I was busy so didn't get round to it. But - and this will shock you - people have now looked at their calculations and found them to be beyond dubious. Thread 👇

1. The Supreme Court has created a "shadow docket," allowing the Trump administration to circumvent the rest of the legal system and charge ahead with its preferred policies It's a perversion of the judicial process. And Justice Sotomayor has had enough

wondering if you’ve checked these roadworks - huge delays on each arm, traffic didn’t clear ped crossing and really poor for pedestrians. Lights left in cycle lane and signs not picked up after falling over in the wind.

Proud to present the Green Group budget amendment to the Mayor’s final draft budget earlier. We found £18m to make all TfL toilets free to use including £s for 262 more toilets with 6 fully accessible changing places toilets with hoists.

*looks sceptically at bookcase* Hmm... definitely missing one box worth of books I cherish. Which 99.9% means 1 of the 24 boxes I think contains dross actually doesn't.
