Added some vertex based ambient-occlusion to the 3D CA demo shader in pst-alpha. Only 3 checks per vertex, and it looks pretty good!

The only tested build target is Emscripten, but I'd be open if you'd like to contribute one for linux, maybe using GLFW.

Ah yes I think this is a bug with the Monaco editor that I’m using. Pretty sure they’ve fixed it. I just need to update to the latest version. Thanks!

Oh also, vertex/fragment varyings are now explicit. You could always add your own, but now it should be obvious.
