First read this 5 years ago & realised I was lacking in automatic tacit autobiographical memory injection. Took 5 years, but finally nailed it ✅
Very cool to see relevant "past lives" memories coming up (and that I call them that is notable).
Read it if you have no memory:

This made me realize that what I really like about @meditationstuff and people like him (David Hume as a historical example) is the rare combination of extreme openness* (at least in this area) and extreme orderliness* that manifests as precision/rigor.

Everyone who has this High Openness, High Orderliness combination has their openness directed toward different spheres and has their orderliness manifest in different ways, but the intellectual variety where it manifests as "investigating far out stuff rigorously" is my jam.

This is crazy. It's the sorta thing that drew me to meditation in the first place. It's all so weird and slippery, messing with your own consciousness.

wonder if the BPD angle is entangled with lack of tacit memory injection (specifically, 'splitting' behavior)
Lack of tacit memory implies to me that the only available data for a particular rlship is the most immediate. Pretty much like there's no sense of shared history
