Pendlebury has been huge. Great leadership when the game is on the line

What’s the go with the umpire calling play on when Howe is having a shot on goal? Clearly had 11 seconds left on the shot clock. Don’t understand it... players have the right to use 30 seconds when having a shot on goal. Don’t see it as time wasting what so ever

Love this not only for the Celtics in the Eastern Confrence but for the NBA in general. The league is much better when the Lakers are up and winning. Who’s next to LA though? Couldn’t imagine LeBron being the only piece though, will need more to take down Warriors

The protected area rule is a mess. Needs to be fixed ASAP

I reckon Stephenson is putting his stamp on the rising star tonight. When was the last time a first year player was isolated deep in the square?

This epitomises the mateship, care and culture the tiges have developed over the last 12 months. Great scenes given the circumstances

Doesn’t get much better than this. Receives a life line at a club after chronic foot injuries derailed most of his career at Melbourne. Determination and persistence to get his body right and to then play good footy week after week in the SANFL to get another opportunity

Going to be a massive loss. Adds so much to the team with his ability to gut run, burst from stoppage and have impact centre forward. Heartbreak for one means opportunity for another - plenty in line to step up and make there mark

He has started to play as a winger at times in the last couple of weeks. Pinch hitting on the wing at times makes sense with his breakaway speed and ball use, but love him as a forward

Couldn’t be more impressed with what Jaidyn Stephenson is doing in his first year at AFL level. Genuine X factor with his leg speed, footy smarts, ability to win one on ones inside 50 and more importantly hit the scoreboard

Intriguing ruck battle today in the game. 2 ruckman in Grundy and Kruezer who look to test there opponents with their follow up, work rate around the ground and ability to push forward and take a grab and hit the scoreboard

Biggest overreaction. 2 best batters in Australia and top 5 in the world not playing. Bowling line up would lucky to be third string. Add Starc, Hazelwood, Cummins it’s a different story

Just don’t want to see his talent wasted. Hear about how he is the best driver in the category but hasn’t had the car underneath him. Want him competing for titles at the pointy end of the field, not mid pack due to poor car

All decisions look towards the Ferrari or McLaren. Can’t have his talent wasted in a car with that engine. If he chooses to stay it will be the same as what Alonso has had to deal with. Top 3 driver in the class but just hasn’t got the car under him

It’s a terrible rule Mick. It haults momentum within a game, alters the natural flow of ball movement and half the time the offender doesn’t have an impact on the person with the ball in hand

Watching you’d wonder why the Suns couldn’t get possession / control of the ball in that last qtr. It was due to the Saints pressure and intercept play in their fwd half. St Kilda pressure rating of 2.51 in Q4 is through the roof and the reason they got the result

Unreal start to Swans v Eagles. Friday night blockbuster everyone has been wanting. 2 good teams going toe to toe. High pressure, contested style, no time, no space, footy at its best
