Congratulations for a massive 700MM investment led by Amazon. It take so much work to get these deals done.

Wrong data but they will revise. Battery weighs about 14k pounds for BEV and chassis weighs about 6k. Total weight of 20k for BEV. Hydrogen about 3-5k less in total weight.

This is not accurate. Remember we sell both vehicles so we are probably the only reasonable group out there giving information. Everyone else had an agenda. It's about equal FCEV and BEV when everything is factored in from entire supply chain

No. We don't do diesel and they used our truck. Image without our permission. They have since fixed it and removed it

We use compressed hydrogen so no energy other than a few kWh per kg to compress. It stays compressed until you use it with no energy consumption.

Oh how Inaccurate this statement is. We have 14 billion USD in H2 orders. BEV is good in some applications but H2 will always outsell BEV as it has more advantages. That does not mean we don't see the value of offering BEV in our lineup. H2 is not the enemy, ICE is.

We are just adding to our lineup. We are not leaving the H2 market as it outsells BEV 50:1 and has many advantages over BEV. We have not pivoted since turbine was outpaced by fuel cell. We will always be zero emission.

That is Inaccurate. Hydrogen is our primary focus and we believe that long term. We are seeing 50:1 sales of H2 over BEV but we also see the benefit of BEV in non weight and range sensitive applications. We believe both have their place.

2) Fuel cell 80 kg H2 gets 7-10 miles per kg and uses same 2.25 kWh per mile as BEV. Fuel cell weight 15k -17k so about 3k – 5k pounds less than BEV. Fuel Cell can't be beat long haul and BEV is good option for short haul. World needs both. ICE is enemy, not hydrogen or BEV

1) BEV @ 80,000 lbs. uses ~ 2.25 kWh per mile in real weather and normal hills on routes. 1MWh gets about 400 miles. Only 90% battery is useable. In cold weather, you get 300 miles / 1Mwh. Takes 69,000 "21700" cells @ 68grams = 1MWh. 10.5k weight in cells. 20k truck weight

BEV semi trucks with 80,000 lbs. use about 2.25 kWh per mile in real life scenarios in decent weather with normal hills on routes so 1MWh gets about 400 miles. Only 90% of any battery is useable. With cold weather, you get 300 miles per 1Mwh.

H2 is 5,000 lbs lighter than BEV and is cheaper for long haul applications even with H2 costs. BEV is for inner cities and non weight sensitive applications. Nikola is not phasing our hydrogen at all, we will see 50:1 more hydrogen orders but some applications BEV works great.

We are not phasing our hydrogen. Hydrogen is 5,000 lbs lighter than electric only - is long haul with longer range and fast filling times. BEV is great for short haul, inner cities and slower turn around times but can be cheaper to drive in cities. Each one has advantages.

Zero implications on hydrogen. Hydrogen for long haul, over 700 stations going up and over 14 billion in pre orders for H2 and rising every day. BEV customers don't compete with hydrogen as they are mainly for inner city and much less range.

How awesome is Nikola's operating system and instrument cluster? We can cold boot the infotainment system and instrument cluster in less than 8 seconds from start! And we have 3 years optimization left before production!
