Circumcision is a very recent import in China and the large majority of Chinese males are still not circumcised (and the vast majority who've ever lived never were).

They're still allowed to suck it with their mouths and were successful in getting even parental consent forms repealed. Don't remember there being much outcry against this in the Jewish community.

So weird how a religion that enshrines MGM has traditions of justifying it on blatantly misandrist grounds along with claiming women can't be sex predators (or are just too rare to matter.) But let's hear more about how FGM is always, always done to control women.

Reminds me another passage on Chabad justifies circumcision on the grounds of reducing male lust and pleasure, or protecting women from men.

Female sex predators are not rare at all. Nevermind how women are the primary perpetrators of FGM nearly everywhere it's found, but feminists love blaming that (along with everything else bad that happens to women) on men.

Metzitzah B'peh is also ancient. Is it beautiful to you too? I'm sure some of your ancestors and modern Orthodox would agree.

Or go on about how "beautiful" it is to cut an infant's penis. Is the practice of "metzitztah b'peh"- once widespread in Judaism and still common among some Orthodox, and also legal- also beautiful to you? Is an old man sucking an infant's bloody penis your idea of beauty?

Funny how these are never mentioned when Jews (and other groups) fanatically defend it and demand it be kept legal everywhere, or when they sadistically mock ethicists who eloquently criticize it, and also had it done to them for non-religious reasons against their will.

I can find Jewish thinkers going back millenia and modern Orthodox arguing how it is. Or I guess they don't think really think it's "harmful", because the reduction in pleasure (and lust) is good. Why should we trust you over them?

Tell us more how putting on a baby's diaper must be less painful than cutting off part of their penis with no anesthesia because they didn't appear to be in as much pain.

Seems like that "striving" includes one's sexual sensation being reduced at birth, along with directly controlling their behavior via a permanent surgery.

Huh, that reminds me of some things I've read on Chabad's website. Did he also tell you anything like this?
