Just in case it's not clear, the rant is not about ’s tweet, which is an excellent use case for ems. It's about all these people that proclaim things like "px is bad, use em!" or "ems are dead, use rems now!". Um, no. Every CSS unit (yes, even px!) has its uses.

If there's any lesson society has learned about itself (from the success of Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Apple), it's that we're going to value convenience over anything else: money, privacy, control, choice, etc.

The new color contrast feature in Firefox's Accessibility Dev Tools is fantastic. When there's not one contrast ratio (because inconsistent background), it will show what the contrast ranges between (eg between fail and AA).

New Firefox 64 arrives today. It'll prompt you to try various extensions (like Enhance for YouTube) & features (like pinning tabs). Also, better tab management with ability to select multiple tabs, tear them off, close en masse, etc. (I love this feature.)

maybe. Or we could de-correlate Error.message and what we do print in the console so we can evolve them more freely. Not sure if that could also break other things.
