hello folks, when you publically defend a known abuser on your timeline you are telling all the women (and men) in your life that if they themselves are abused they can’t open up to you out of fear that you’ll defend their abuser like you are right now

Governor Phil Murphy 11h
The policy of separating families of immigrants is inhumane and cruel. Today I will sign an executive order to prevent any state resources from being used to help federal authorities separate families. New Jersey will not be a party to this inhumane policy.

The language used by our politicians these disgusting acts is not strong enough. Every Democrat should be calling for Trump’s resignation, calling him a sociopath, and getting the UN to investigate us for human rights abuses.

The cage policy is horrifying but not surprising considering the fact that our country is being run by white shpremacists, rich elitists, and closeted racists.

Today: Drone striking civilians in the Middle East and keeping immigrant children in cages I know I’m missing a lot but we need to change our country dramatically and it starts with changing our government.

It’s crazy to see the progression of horrific things the US government has done and supported. 1600s-1865: Slavery 1865-1964: Jim Crow 1964-present: Discrimination 1927: Leaving Black people to rot in the MS Flood 1953,1954,1973: Bankrolling dictators in Guatemala, Iran, & Chile

The only thing that’s more painful than watching Ted Cruz play basketball are his votes to financially destroy the middle class and poor while redistributing wealth to the rich.
