We started this run of listening parties on March 23rd. We’ve done them each day since then (aside from three days off twitter with two protests), the most we did in one day was 10. In total we’ve done 350. Tonight is my first evening off but I’ll be back tomorrow ; )

Meddle, released in the US on Halloween 1971, marks ’s transition from the avant-garde, psychedelic rock group fronted by Syd Barrett into the progressive, larger-than-life monolith we all know today.

We jump from the beginnings of Prog to one the leading bands in modern progressive metal, London-based and their album Visions. This was their second consecutive concept album, which followed their debut, the concept album Aquarius.

Our goal is to revisit some classic/recent albums you haven't listened to in a while, or discover some new ones. Share with us what you think of the album, by listening to it on that day. Think of it as your 31 day summer workout. Only this way you don't have to go to a gym. 2/2
