9/9 I love Target. Please get your act together so you can consistently be my source of choice.

8/9 I took the shoes to exchange them (and return the weird unordered sweatshirt). The alternate choice wasn't in stock after all, so I had to spend even more time trying to find shoes to wear to graduation. That was the very last time I bought anything from JCP.

7/9 This experience reminds me of my last order from JCPenney in 2013. Shoes arrived 24 hrs before my college graduation along with a sweatshirt I didn't order. The shoes didn't fit so I went online to find something else that would be in stock at one of my two local JCP stores.

6/9 from a single location in a single shipment (reducing their shipping cost, the environmental impact, and the burden on customers who have to watch for deliveries or collect deliveries from alternate locations) AND they're going to have to reduce shipping time.

5/9 I aggregated my order to 1) get free shipping and 2) reduce the environmental impact of having all these things delivered. If Target ever hopes to lure me away from Amazon, they're going to need to use technology to determine if an order can be sent in its entirety

4/9 When I got home on Wed, Jun 12, the jeans were on my doorstep, having been delivered by FedEx. When I checked the status of the camisole, UPS had transferred it to USPS and it was in my mailbox on Thurs, Jun 12.

3/9 OnTrac committed to delivering the cookbook on Monday, June 10 but didn't. It arrived by end of business on Tuesday, June 11. They dropped it at my front door at 6:30 pm but didn't even bother to ring the bell, relying on notification systems to do something so simple.

2/9 The cat litter was delivered first on Saturday, June 8, via USPS. Of course, the post office didn't deliver it to my door. They delivered it to the property mgmt. office. So I had to go during office hours to pick up the 52 lbs of cat litter and haul it upstairs myself.

1/9 On Thurs, Jun 6, I ordered 4 items: jeans (4 short - HTF in stores), a camisole (XS, also HTF), a cookbook, and two 26-lb boxes of cat litter. Items were shipped from different points of origin via 4 different transit companies (FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and USPS).

Los Angeles is the exception re abandoned stadia... The Coliseum was built for the 1932 Olympics, later home to Rams and Raiders football teams, used again for 1984 Olympics, but no "village" and geographically dispersed venues and LA traffic make games a multi-city endeavor here

Earbuds? Really? should know that after 2 mos w an Android phone, I'd pay $1500 for a phone w/ Windows OS. Launcher is not even a halfway solution. And I really miss Cortana offering to answer calls.

Every time I read abt delays/death of Andromeda, my heart breaks a little more. Switched to Android a wk ago. UX was not #1 priority for open source collaborators. Offer anything Windows w telephony, I'm 1st in line.

Just read article on Win Central w your Reddit anecdote abt origin of OneNote rainbow ink. You may not realize it, but you taught an entire class that speaking out can effect change. Teachers should know and use that story.

Noticed a pic of on TV and thinking he's much too young. Recent trend may be to max impact by appointing younger justices, but I think the real evolution in core beliefs occurs between 40 and 60. Experience, exposure to nuances can't be rushed.

Super kudos to MSFT for creating a game controller for gamers with limited mobility! Some companies would pass on this due to limited market potential, but gotta love the Softies for doing it because inclusion is important too.

Just rec'd notice local store will no longer have our cat food in stock. Cat won't eat spendier brands. I like shopping local whenever I can. Guess I'll be ordering from Amazon, not (free shipping on small orders).
