This response rather misses the point, I’ve already made my complaint via a lengthy phone call last Saturday, despite repeated chase ups I’ve still not had the return contact from Now TV to resolve the issue which has been accepted as a failure of service by Now TV, very poor ..

I’ve been informed by your supplier that Flight Centre have received a credit for unused nights due to Covid. I’m still awaiting refund, Flight Centre Customer Relations Dept now blanking me . Very poor, could do better ?

To those asking me about a rejoin campaign. Honestly don't mention it until 2021. People's Vote struggled because people called for it before Brexit had materially changed ("Leave the EU"➡️"Leave the EU" + 600-page deal) so it looked like people simply not accepting the result.

You’ve lost me there Faris, the ‘discounted price’ is either part of the contract or it’s not - Of course I find it unbelievable that the price agreed is not part of the contract - Was I mis-sold ?? This is SO laborious for your customer ...

Could you please send balance of your reply from ‘you’ve raised ..’ . That the discount is ‘not part of the contract’ is ridiculous. Customer service delivered so far is also not part of the contract .. Very very poor service .

User name :- RinoSpire . Question 189891689. Your Chris Hills aware . You have known billing fault still not fixed, you cannot/ will not tell e when I will be refunded. You breach your contract so I should now be free to renegotiate/ go elsewhere without penalty.

Plusnet have had a problem with their billing since September 2018(so they say) which leads to agreed discounts not being applied and no date for refund/ fix yet they insist contract term stands, really ?!
