Of course, the state of Texas doesn’t have methane standards. This rollback leaves Texans almost entirely unprotected from and impacts from & production’s air pollution.

And yea to clarify, TX doesn't regulate methane emissions at most oil and gas sites, so using TX standards could basically mean no standards. (But, some drillers are doing their emissions-reduction stuff on their own.)
