In the right place and time with skilled hands, our modern interventions can be truly amazing. So glad you’re here to tell it and fully believe we should all be CPR-trained for sudden events just like on that beach. Thank you for reading and sharing your own CPR story.

:) Even stick figures can convey powerful ideas! Sometimes the best cartoons are simplest... we’ll be giving a talk at 2019 about how beginners or the artistically-hesitant can use and make comics for themselves or patients!

Just realized that when you followed and I looked again at your bio! I didn’t connect the handles, but I should’ve recognized the style... I love the polish. Great to connect on multiple fronts!!!

Thank you very much for the encouragement, MK! I’m grateful for you pioneers who started this trail and helped me see that it’s possible (and vital) to be a healthcare provider AND still find ways to make art.

Agreed!!! I tried hard to capture the tension that CPR has a place in saving lives but also that we need to use it wisely and humanize our routines... part of why I opted to focus on in-hospital cpr. Thank you for reading... and so glad trained hands were on that beach!!

Thank you!!! I appreciate you reading and sharing... it’s interesting how many of our medical routines are draped in a deeper human symbolism that gets lost in the fury of the algorithms!
