P.O Owens had his first aid kid ready and used the bulb syringe to clear the baby’s airway & get her breathing. Police Medics Bolivar Graffeo and Dalena Tran then transported mom and baby to North Shore University Hospital. Mom and baby are healthy and doing well. Dad is, too!

It's a girl! On Saturday morning, 6th Precinct Police Officers Keith Owens and Stacie Torres got a call about a woman in labor in Manhasset. Within minutes of their arrival at the house, the baby girl was delivered right into her dad’s arms!

Happy Anniversary, George and Corrinne Davis! The Davises celebrated 74 years of marriage and we came out to their home in Westbury to celebrate with them. George is a WW2 veteran and began his career in 1953 after leaving the Navy.

Ret. Sgt. Martin Lindblad turned 90 years young & we paid him a visit! Marty is a Korean War veteran & joined the NCPD in 1967. He retired from the Marine Bureau in 1991, & we thought it was a good idea to bring a Marine Bureau truck. 🎉Happy Birthday, Marty!🎉
