It is all about the visitor. We have to remove the friction. If someone wants to contact the COO, CMO, CXO, CRO, etc., why make them leave your website (where they can experience the firm's brand) to go searching elsewhere. It is challenging enough to attract visitors.

Definitely not a skill unique to lawyers. It can be challenging as it doesn't come naturally, which creates fear. It is a skill essential to anyone with a business, including lawyers. Training is important. I had some of the best sales training in the world when I was in sales.
