You are now officially my hero. If there is one thing I hate more than anything it’s have to faff about lining tins! I’m useless at it, never get smooth edges so my cakes always turn out with kinks in them!

👏🏻This tip has been around since 1980 that I know of when published in in US. Great book with all kinds of tips - my copy purchased in 1981 is well worn from use.

The best version I feel was Published 1980 by Arbor House Publishing - Amazon has it - if you can’t find one let me know. A family fav hint is waffles made with a complete pancake mix & club soda (instead of milk) oh so light & melt in your mouth. And they freeze beautifully. 😃
