It's 100% possible. As I said on the show, the reason I'd suggest using Reminders for this is that you don't have to leave what you're doing in Drafts. If you link a specific Reminders to OmniFocus, you'll get the task sent to your inbox. It's really all about capture.

It denotes a "dummy" action, which contains an "Include Action" step which points to the original. This way, I can copy that anywhere, but keep only one action which I edit.

In the latest update, it is now possible to base the badge count on the app icon on a workspace. Create a workspace for only “untagged” items, and limit your count to only your new, un-processed drafts!

I open up a bit about my personal life and what has been going on with me for the last 6+ months. Thankfully I didn't cry during the recording of this episode.

I want to thank for sharing all his great information. It has really helped me get into scripting in Drafts and using iOS Shortcuts more in my day-to-day work. I definitely recommend checking out his blog at .

This episode of with makes me want to go all-in on Drafts (instead of just using it to create Omnifous projects).

I've had this happen a couple of times. Turns Out™, it was the build-up of earwax. You don't want to know how I got it clear…

I'll never tell anyone to pick a single task manager. But… Don't do this.

I know that more than a few users in the forums suggested it, and I agree: it's made it even better. Really making everything flow now!

This was based on the documentation on the Omnigroup's website. I don't use OF, so I'm at the mercy of the information.

There are a few actions that I've only distributed on this show. So make sure you check it out and give it a listen! 😊

For everyone writing up or talking about what Reminders should be, this is what I have been wanting for a while. I'd really like to feel like they listened when WWDC comes around. I'll be watching…

This is a GREAT update. Search is much improved. And some of those icons are just perfect. If you have the means, I highly suggest picking this up. It's so choice. 😏
