All journalists have a political leaning. A journalist is an important part of the political apparatus. Perhaps you mean he is partisan, I am not sure that I agree with that. I think he asks some tough questions and is clear about his position on an issue.

When Jamaicans buying chicken at a restaurant is a whole production. Two parts of the chicken they order apparently has to match. They spend a lot of time ordering chicken.

Agree about the use of force breach you nuh. But how we are challenging puts people at risk. I am also concerned about how we engage people in authority. We can and should challenge unjust use of force and authority but I am not sure if how we are doing it is working.

People know yuh nuh. We know. We all know how the police should behave, shouldn't behave. We have a hunch when they are wrong. We just need to go in search of the information to bolster our case.

I am not questioning whether or not his use of force was appropriate. It clearly wasnt, but we need to teach our people to respect the authority of the police. Even when they operate out of their use of force pres. the process to challenge their action is not to ignore them.

Then someone starts being concerned about why the police has fired a gun shot to restore law and order It don't matter if its adults or children. A threat to law and order is a threat to law and order.

Dont understand Jamaicans. We are in a space with people misbehaving, causing chaos. Police enters the area, the ideal thing to do at that point is to step back and stop whatever wrongdoing you are engaged in. Police can actually impose force on you.

Celebrated one minute and sacrificed on the altar of political convenience the next. Truth is, we cannot rely too heavily on the charity of outsiders.
