Moved to phones and the experience has been awful. Customer service is MIA. Not sure where my text messages are going. 🥺 I’m a shareholder and so disappointed.

SO great to talk with about growth during the pandemic and how deregulation could be even more disruptive than the technological changes forged by the pandemic.

Why should the assumption be that regs work when the stats show a broken system that more than 80% of the public doesn’t access? If the system worked, we wouldn’t need change.

I feel like it’s also important to ask, has previous deregulation created harm? Regulation exists to protect so if the regs aren’t offering protection from actual harm, they should go.

Arizona allowed document preparers 20 years ago. It’s a functioning industry, still small, but every day they help people for a fraction of the cost of getting a lawyer. Small changes.

That’s a good point but each jurisdiction has a different deregulation. Washington has not allowed outside investment. It could be that it takes many years to see the consequences of change.

Outside capital should increase efficiency and drive down the cost a of services. Lawyers will be able to spend more of their days lawyering.

Despite public outcry for policing and justice reforms, Congress has all but given up on changing anything. Congressional leaders wrote giant messaging bills and moved on. They insist on making the legislative branch useless. Take the issues one at a time and actually legislate.
