Yes! Most lighting in department stores and many supermarkets affect me! Also when it's a sunny day - if I take my sunglasses off, or go from light to dark or vice versa, I get waves of dizziness.

...fitting the CROS as it is different to fitting a conventional hearing aid. Also, you should be offered a free trial period where you can see if the aid helps you, before having to decide whether you want to buy it. I'd be interested in knowing if it helps you - good luck!

Hi there Zee, If you have SSD and are looking for some kind of aid, I think it is definitely worth trying the CROS. Although it didn't work for me, some people do have positive experiences with this type of aid. Make sure your audiologist is fully trained in...
