For a software company (without a global monopoly on a self serve product) typically $200-250k has been great number to shoot for over past 20 yrs Obv you can do higher (and probably be more prof, likely grow slower) or lower (and likely be less prof, hopefully grow faster)

Unpopular opinion, but I think the deserves some credit. It is a better system than most cities have. 95%+ of the time I get to work on time. It’s not perfect and we should invest in it, yes. But we Bostonians also like to complain a lot.
