So a laptop with video of the candidate’s son smoking crack while having sex was left for repairs, but after that someone uploaded fake correspondence on the device?

I still can't believe someone stealing a sex video off a private citizen's computer isn't causing more concern. That's really freaking bad.

It's not stealing if the computer was left unclaimed. Shit like that happens all the time.

Good point, Matt. LOL Also BI is "reporting" the emails were both hacked and forgeries. How does that work?

Or, and more likely if there’s any factuality to the “debunking”, the email client was set to sync mail with the server upon establishing a network connection.

I have 10k+ computer repairs exp including warranty Apple repair, every level of physical repair, and extensive email recovery (pardon the BS but giving context). If it's POP, it'd stay on the local machine. If it's IMAP, he'd have reason to copy it to PDF to avoid such a purge.
