Will. Thank you for sharing. If you are still looking for a quiet area, the D concourse has an observation deck that is usually pretty empty. We also suggest passengers go to an empty gate area in their concourse to find some peace and quiet.

That is correct. It is called PGA-MSP. It is on the mezzanine level of the MSP Airport Mall
