If you click on the report in the troubleshooting tool it should reveal it in the Finder.

Hi Karel, I’m sorry for the trouble. Do you have 1Password installed from our website or from the Mac App Store?

Hey Bryan, I’m sorry for the trouble. We’re not purposefully switching that preference on. Can you send a diagnostic report to support+roo@1password.com?

Hi Lin, I’m sorry to hear that. Can you shoot me an email to support+roo@1password.com so I can see where things went wrong?

Meet Pixel, 's 15 year old beagle-chihuahua rescue. She loves watermelon, long walks, and sleeping in the sun. 🍉☀️ Pixel is a wonderful dog, but a terrible password. Tag on Instagram to introduce your pet!

One of them is the 1Password lock screen, the other is the macOS prompt that appears any time an app uses Touch ID.

Is 1Password the only thing that causes this? When did it start? Can you grab a sample the next time it happens? (If the whole system is locking up that may be a challenge). Anything in the system logs around the time this happened?

Requesting Prime subscriptions for SKIM is brilliant. I wasn’t using mine anyways, so it’s a super easy way to support the show. 👍

This will be fixed when 7.2.2 lands (we’ve just pushed the release candidate out in beta if you’d like to try it).

Revealing passwords while editing passwords is a little different on iOS due to the fact that we need to maintain a secure text field (the •••s). Sorry about the import issue. I’ll see what’s up there.

That fix was for an issue where certain characters couldn’t be typed. The expected behavior when editing passwords is that the characters are revealed. Was that import bug ours or something that happened when you exported it from another place?
