Flew into Toronto yesterday evening from MIA but was able to stream the entire Raptors game on my laptop during the duration of the flight in great quality. Few years ago this would have seemed like sci-fi to me. Still serving the same old crappy pretzels though.

Every time I go to build or help someone with a new product roadmap I try to improve upon the previous and usually want try a new tool but somehow always come back to Google Sheets. Can't beat the simplicity, flexibility and collaboration.

Seems like the easy answer is to play the games every other day in the first round like they do in the NHL - unclear why they don’t do this already.

Also (And I'm not an expert but learning) it is part the language but also part cultural (In LATAM) just to provide more context in a message or response - so especially for business this just takes too much time and the voice note is perfect.

One of the most helpful tips I’ve received in regards to and user testing is “Don’t be afraid of long periods of silence.” Participants need time to think and recall. Hope this is helpful to other novice UX professionals out there🌟
