In order to grow, you need constructive feedback. 1. Create a space where ppl are comfortable providing feedback and listen. 2. Be wary of those who won't. They may see an opportunity in your weaknesses. 3. Ppl invested in your growth will give the good and bad.

We have a hard time speaking our true feelings in the moment out of fear they could come across as disloyal or confrontational. It’s OK not to have everyone on the same page. It means we've avoided groupthink and the Abilene Paradox.
