ABA says it is reopening evaluation of Kavanaugh’s well-qualified rating, which the GOP hailed during confirmation process. It says it is evaluating “temperament” issues

Unfortunately, it is likely too little, too late. The GOP will push this unqualified candidate through to a life time appointment tomorrow. Even if Jesus himself appeared and told them he wasn't qualified they don't care, they're going to do it anyway.

Jesus did... well, some of His representatives spoke for him. You're right. It didn't matter.

I’ve just called my Senators, & , to make sure their staff is aware that the ABA is not supportive of this vote at this time. We will see if they have an ounce of respect for the law & the judiciary left, or if it’s all been burned away by blind partisanship.

No way! Those 2 do not have 1 ounce of respect 4 the law! Unfortunately having lived in Texas 4 over 20 yrs, Good Ole Boy Senators R only out 4 Party & lining their pockets. That's why we must

Everything the President touches dies (including ABA ratings). To please POTUS, Kavanaugh ruined his rating🤷‍♂️ Cc:

If the job interview were an actual trial, as would like us all to believe, Kavanaugh would have been found to be in contempt of court. Lots of hearings are emotional. That's why neither side can act belligerent. Kavanaugh is a judge. He knows this.
