The package and app are both signed with a Kromtech certificate valid from 2018 to 2023. RB App Checker complains that the provisioning profile doesn’t match the Team ID.

Well, we don’t know if that’s true for *any app*. Perhaps the notarization server rejects apps with certain bundle IDs or suspicious contents. Maybe it had been blocking the new MacKeeper binary until after the extra checks. (Or perhaps the claims about extra checks are made-up.)
