Why would Michael ask Safechuck to testify "near the end of the trial" knowing he wouldn't be able to after the judge's ruling? The lies keep piling up.

We run since 2001. Over 18 years worth of info in our forum archives. Our team had access to transcripts and inside info every day of the trial. Some of us were there in person too. We’re still here and taking no bullshit from so called “experts”. We know.

Yes the reason James gives in his lawsuit that he didn’t testify was that he REFUSED to testify. But that was up to the judge. He also says he told his mother in 2005 “the very briefest statement that he had been abused” But didn’t KNOW it was abuse til 2013? Huh?

He refused because MJ contacted him before the judge made the ruling that it would not be permitted. This isn’t a smoking gun...you’re reaching

Both in the documentary and his sworn deposition, Safechuck mentions Michael called him towards the end of the trial. Judge Melville ruled this months before the end of the trial.

Why are they so arrogant? I mean the lawyes are still alive and can easily debunk his claim. In fact, Scott Ross already has debunked this. The guy has got some very interesting things to say about all of it.

“Hey, Pink Umbrella Boy, it’s MJ. Listen, I’ve known for some time you’re kind of barred from being involved in the case against me, so me asking you to testify is just plain stupid... But will you testify for me?!”

Yeah, and the trial started in January 2004. Jackson could have contacted Safechuck before March and it would still be closer to the end than the beginning. That doesn't make it a lie.

What makes it a lie is that he expects us to believe that MJ wanted someone he was having sex with in every room in Neveraland hundreds of times to testify and hopefully not spill the beans. Absurd.

Nope, that's still an opinion. Truth can be absurd.
