Restraining orders prohibiting any form of contact including direct or indirect mentions on social media should be standard practice in Stalking cases. However monitoring and enforcement of the RO if/when breached often a real challenge particularly around social media posts

I’m not a lawyer, least of all a Spanish one. But being 14 years old means supersedes any other charge in a case like this. Conscious or not. Violence or not. She’s a CHILD. And the convicted gang are appealing

Nothing ever shocks or surprises me these days when it comes to tech abuse & exploitation, which is a pretty sad position. But this is vile.

Amazing. Political sway should never be governed by cash flow. IOW the biggest bank balance doesn’t necessarily make the best political party - advertising saturation & monopolisation of can win elections & that’s not a fair representation of ability to do the job

Incredible how such misinformation is allowed into schools to educate the future generations. The “all men” phrase pops up again but juxtaposed with the regular victim blaming. Confusing

Absolutely. Another device cleverly wrapped up as useful & much needed. Shared accounts are commonplace in relationships & families but when these break down the virtual ties are the last things considered

This from is well worth your allotted Twitter time today. comes in many forms; anyone can be a target & due to perceived anonymity anyone can be a perpetrator. So many haven’t developed Dr Kyle’s thick skin. Let’s stand up for them ✊🏻

Fixated, obsessive, unwanted and repetitive - clear sense of entitlement and possession. Here's hoping the sentence will be appropriate. Obsessed stalker’s messages to woman became more sinister

In my research with and on tech-facilitated abuse, we're finding that the perp's use of a GPS tracking device is a crucial red flag in cases of domestic homicide. Key to the 'planning' phase on 's Homicide Timeline
