I would assume so although I don’t think we’ve ever officially called it that. It’s definitely based on the same design.

The updated ABYNTK actually calls this thing an Interdictor-class Star Destroyer.

In the books, the Immobilizer is 600 m long. The Interdictor-class in Rebels is almost Star Destroyer-size, though. Can't be the same. :)

I’d assumed that it was still being tested after it’s failure in Tarkin, but that wouldn’t make much sense since it’s discontinued by HTTJ.
