"What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top

Also (and this is personal experience, take it w a grain of salt as usual), Godot is *really* in your face about its ide. I know unity was too, but they've learned to do better in the meantime. (this mightve changed since I used it) Otoh, being able to use rust/c++ is p great

I know (and worked within c# for a while!) but as Godot is riffing off of unity (which is completely OK by me! But) it feels less justified that it would make such a decision after how it turned out for unity.

It definitely has a better design philosophy, but the use of a custom scripting language / insisting on integrating an ide killed it for me

Hell, getting someone into office who won't actively enable fascists is the first step for your direct action to be meaningful, and heard. Praying for some sort of spontaneous revolution to happen passively isn't, and passively enabling drompfs re-election is... Idk man.

It is painful, from afar (something to take into account), to see the American left eat itself alive rather than unify against the (ultra)right, which is very aligned. Voting on the dude that'll get the fascist out isn't incompatible with direct action.

I don't exactly like Robert Glasper in his modern incarnation, but this album just slaps hard (esp. Blue Skies)

I'm excited to introduce you all to Bevy Engine, a project I've been working on for the last 6 months. Bevy is a refreshingly simple data-driven game engine and app framework built in Rust. It is free and open-source forever!

Instead of sampling a lot of points in one direction and then the other over the surface of a sphere (when you want to add up the values of a function over a sphere) you just sample the function over a few key points and do a weighed sum The tricky part are the weights
