Hey my pitch package for a five season TV adaptation of the Storm Before The Storm is heavily plotted. All character arcs detailed in advance with satisfying and emotionally impactful resolutions.

Then again, I have another TV project that opens with Caesar in the Senate House on the Ides of March. The assassins attack, but Caesar fights them off and successfully escapes. He emerges onto the street bloody but alive. Cue title credits. No idea what happens after that!

Dude: bleeding profusely he staunches his wound and turns his wrist. Spatters with his blood is a small advanced DEVICE. He speaks to it in Latin. It responds. We just catch it. The year 2144. He says, ‘Verum.’ And he glows as his assailants grab him and poof...he’s gone.

The screen fades to black and fanfares blare as the title emerges. It says 'A Star Wars Story: Palpatine'.
