I agree, which is why I've done many lit reviews to figure out what's optimal within the reference range. Central to that is how the analyte changes with age, and its association with death from all causes. Shameless plug...for more info, see

Yes, which is why I always stress the importance of measuring the whole CBC, rather than only the lipid profile or glucose, etc.

Maybe too big of a calorie reduction? My HRV also goes down when I overconsume compared with my maintenance intake.

Ok, how about WBCs, albumin, globulins? Also, the reference range for most analytes is definitely not what's optimal...

True, it's tough to find B12 studies in the general, healthy population

Do you have CRP data?

Ha, I have indeed done a lit review for B12! 1000+ may be too high:
europepmc.org/article/med/21…
> 738 may be too high:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28025528
> 514 may be too high:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16274396
But more measures than just B12 would be good. How about inflammation (CRP)?

I don't want to make it seem like the Coronavirus hype is overblown, but its mortality rate is dramatically less than SARS and MERS. However, Coronavirus-related mortality is ~15x greater than the death-rate from influenza.

361 deaths/17205 infections is a 2% mortality rate. 2% is not great, but Ebola's mortality rate is 90%. Not so bad!

~80g/day, not 100g. Sometimes wild-caught salmon, I stick to the high omega-3 fish.

That paper was to show that people report LPS, LBP as markers of intestinal permeability. Sure, chylomicrons transport LPS from the intestine into the blood, but the blood test measures free levels, which are derived from paracellular leak (i.e disrupted TJs) from the intestine.
