I don't have now. I just downloaded the daily data and then with couple of lines Matlab code calculated the longest negative periods.

These events will have very different causes in winter vs summer. For winter, the frequency of persistent negative NAO events looks like the figure below, ~25% of these due to the stratosphere (). Summer / fall NAO- events are more difficult. SST forcing?
