Americans donated $40 million to my campaign. I would like to return that to the people 100,000 times over.

“When I was cast as Anna May Wong in the Netflix series ‘Hollywood,’ little did I know I would be portraying my invisibility on-screen.” Powerful piece by ⁦⁩ on the barriers faced by Asian Americans in Hollywood and beyond.

Every time I blink another innocent black man is killed without hesitation. Gutless cops not even listening as people narrate his death as it’s happening. Every single PO in this video killed George Floyd. Rioting with you Minneapolis.

My onscreen GF has a new film our today ! She stars and directs. 15 years ago we made Saving Face and said we had on screen chemistry and she saw us becoming friends. Turns out she was right. Proud to know you, Lynn.

On Memorial Day, we honor those who gave all for us. That takes different forms this year, but it’s even more vital with the loss of so many veterans to COVID-19. The way they lived, in service to one another, should be our roadmap in the months ahead.

I don't have issues with white cis men. I have a problem when one select group of people behave as if they're the only ones in the room. I've worked with many "white guys" who are collaborative and good people. I'm not interested in making anyone the enemy. Racism does that.

I know we are supposed to be cool and above commenting on this, but seeing unmasked people gathering in crowds and flouting social distancing guidelines when I was unable to be present at my mother's burial is so hard. I wish it made me angry—all I feel is deep despair.
