You would need to disable automatic HTTPS; choose your favorite way (see the top of the docs page on it) and then serve your site on port 443 only

I think quibbling over whether software is a web server or reverse proxy isn't productive. But what is productive is knowing that Caddy serves the web and proxies L4 and L7.
