New post about Redux-Sagas. The kind of post I would have wanted to have when I began with sagas.

This is all about Suspense and the lazy function in 3 minutes. Have fun with πŸ˜‰ "How is the React lazy function implemented? Suspense... It gonna be short πŸ˜‰" by

It's possible to simulate the lazy function with the following snippet. Obviously, it works inside a Suspense parent. Maybe it can be interesting for and the people from the react meetup ☺️

wow your article concerning algebraic effects confirmed that I was not that wrong when talking about react-cache + algebraic effects. Except that you are really (really really much) better at organising and sharing ideas πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚ Thanks ☺️!

I've tried to write about my conception of "more complex components" using React. It was hard to do but I hope it will help some of you about composing things with

How do you manage to create libraries that own native code? I mean, how do you run and test (with quick feedbacks) your new module?

And my part of frustration often comes from β€œwow, this app is slow, where did I fail?”. Compared to Flutter (I’m an RN guy), you don’t really have to take care of the syntax or the underlying mechanism. It just works at max speed. (5/5)

This is the simplest example with an anonymous function in the render function showing that we have to understand what's going on, even worse on React Native since there are lot more computations between React and the platform (4/5)

Let's take this (voluntary bad) code: . I'm dealing with a leaf node which is ok to renderer multiple times. The problem is that the native view is recreated all the times with ~13 messages instead of ~2 on updating (3/5)

When writing apps, I often check what's passing over the bridge and I'm like 😩🀯. It appears that two or three characters can make the whole view tree to recreate instead of simply modifying a value. And this thing is not that bad on the web since performances are crazy (2/5)

My biggest pain with (and the reason I also get better with ) is because if you want a responsive app with good perfs, good FPS etc…, you have to understand the diffing and rendering mechanisms of React and think of it from the start. (1/5)
