Yeah. I am unsure about it as well but I think it is at a similar level of optimization as Suspense/render-as-you-fetch.

When first looking at someone else's codebase, most people's first instinct is to rip it to shreds. What you are failing to realize is that in all likelihood, under the same constraints of the last team, you would have made even more of a mess.

For trainers, I called several on thumbtack and found one that ended up working with for about a year until he doubled his rates. I am not switching off from solo to peloton workouts.
