Web app UX: type in the recipient address.
Estimate the weight (num of sheets of paper).
Download a printable envelope where stamp = QR code.

You'll know it's working when google.com/maps/timeline?… starts showing where you've been. To turn it on, give Google Maps privileges to track your location all the time: settings / personal content / location history. You can scrub it later.
