You can restore your Streak by filling in the form found here: The goal setter resets at midnight every day. It is important to set your timezone according to your location for the app to record your points accordingly -

Hi, sorry to hear that! Can you please uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall it? This tends to refresh the system and solve the error. If the issue with the ‘skip audio tests’ feature persists, please send us a screenshot so that we can investigate further -
